Platform Role
Food Noon provides software for restaurants to manage ordering and service workflows. A restaurant remains responsible for the food, service, pricing, availability, tax treatment, fulfilment, and customer support associated with its business.
Restaurant Ordering
When you place an order through a restaurant's Food Noon ordering page, your order is submitted to that restaurant. Menu details, availability, preparation, changes, cancellation decisions, and fulfilment are controlled by the restaurant.
Table Sessions
A table ordering session combines orders placed for that active table. Do not share any session or table access details outside your dining group. Restaurant staff may close or correct a session where operationally necessary.
Prices, Tax and Settlement
Restaurants configure their own menu prices and applicable taxes. Food Noon's initial release records settlement performed by restaurant staff using the available manual modes. The platform does not provide online payment processing in this release.
Cancellations and Service Concerns
Ask restaurant staff immediately if an order is incorrect or needs to be changed. Whether an item can be cancelled, replaced, refunded, or otherwise resolved depends on the restaurant's policy and the item's preparation status.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to access another restaurant's account or data, interfere with ordering or kitchen workflows, misuse OTP verification, upload harmful content, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law.
Changes
Food Noon may update the platform and these terms as the product develops. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
