Scope
This policy applies to Food Noon's platform website and to restaurant ordering experiences delivered through Food Noon for a participating restaurant.
Information Processed
We process the details needed to operate an order and restaurant workflow, such as a guest name when supplied, mobile number for OTP verification, selected table, order items, customizations, order status, and settlement information recorded by restaurant staff.
Restaurant teams may process their own staff account, location, menu, recipe and inventory information through the platform.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to authenticate an ordering session, route an order to the restaurant, operate kitchen and service workflows, create an internal receipt, prevent misuse, and maintain attributable operational records.
Restaurant Responsibility
Each restaurant using Food Noon is responsible for its own menu, service, staff access, guest communications, local legal duties, and decisions made through its account. Food Noon does not sell guest information for advertising.
Browser Storage
The application may use essential cookies and browser storage to maintain sign-in state, retain an unsubmitted cart, remember an ordering session, and support basic reliability. This storage is not used to build third-party advertising profiles.
Retention and Security
Operational records are retained for legitimate restaurant operations, audit, dispute handling, security, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Requests
For access, correction, or deletion requests relating to a restaurant order, contact the restaurant that served you first. Food Noon and the relevant restaurant will handle requests according to applicable law and necessary record-retention obligations.
